Americans All is a new Smithsonian-wide project that brings together museums and research centers to document and interpret the history and culture of immigration and migration in the United States.
On Tuesday, November 8, 6:30-8:30 pm, Americans All is hosting Silver Spring Stories: A Conversation about Community and Immigration, an evening of conversation about the history of immigration and the creation of new communities in Silver Spring and Montgomery County. Meet your neighbors, exchange information, and learn about documenting and preserving your history! The event is moderated by University of Maryland professor Phil Tajitsu Nash.
