J. & I. Hardy Reflecting Circle

Description
This is an incomplete example of a Borda-type reflecting circle. It belonged to Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and may have been acquired when that school was established in 1860. The inscription reads "J. & I. Hardy, London."
