I used to use this product when i was younger and saw the greatest results. Felt very gritty but was a very good cleaser. Thought about it this morning while doing a facial scub with an apricot scrub.brasivol was the best.
I am now 59 and used this as a preteen and teenager and into my twenties. I so wish this was still available. Best scrub ever and it started my lifelong habit of exfoliation. I have been using Clean and Clear Daily Pore Cleanser, if that helps anyone looking for something similar at a reasonable price and it's easy to find in drugstores. My beloved dermatologist Dr. Spot in Marlow Heights Maryland treated myself and my daughter for years. I'd love to know if anyone else reading this was a patient of his.
I’m 60 and used brazivol through teens and 20’s, best product ever. Came in 3 grades, fine medium and course(not sure of that grade but super rough) Any info where to buy greatly appreciated for my daughter. Great hearing from users back way then!!
This was the best facial scrub cleaner ever. This scrub came before the words microdermabrasion were even thought of and Stiefel cornered the market. Scores of girls with acne in NYC shared this with each. It was terrific. As an adult I continued to buy and use this many times a week and my skin was terrific. And then came the world of microdermabrasion and $150-250 dollar facials, But using Brasivol was equivalent. And around $7-$9.00 a jar. In its wisdom Stiefel discontinued this product, leaving the field open to tens of products, similar but not as good, selling for $50-$150 ++ at Sephora and like stores. Dumb Stiefel, you had a following. I managed to buy 40 jars of Brasivol Rough when I found out they were discontinuing it. Unfortunately it was too late and I couldn't find more. DUMB DUMB DUMB Stiefel. BRING IT BACK
Amen!
This product had been very effective to treat my daughters acne. I was also prescribed this myself many years ago, why is it no longer available anywhere?
