Plastic “Brute” Container

Description:

This white plastic container was used at the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars in Napa, California during the 1990s. Set into a special carrier with rollers and a handle (object 1998.0181.03), this container was used by cellar staff to transport pomace from the fermenting container to the wine press.
