Square flag with yellow fringe on all sides except for the hoist. Red and white striped field with blue union. Union has 33 white stars in circular pattern around a yellow acorn. White hoist. The flag is stitched with black and white threads. Inscription on the hoist reads "Headquarters 14th Army Corps."
