Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Red field with wide white border around all edges except the hoist. White acorn in center of red field. White cotton hoist. The flag is stitched with white cotton threads. Machine stitching. The inscription on the hoist reads "2nd Div 14th Army Corps R.C. Toy 49 N. 9th Phila."
