Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Red field with wide white border on all sides except the hoist. White acorn in center of red field. Three white cotton stars arranged vertically in between the acorn and the hoist. White cotton hoist. Machine stitching. The inscription on the hoist reads "2nd Div 3rd Brg 14th Army Corps R C Toy...[illegible] Phila."
