Description:

Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Red field with wide blue border on all sides except the hoist. Blue acorn in center of red field. Arranged vertically next to the hoist are two blue stars. Off-white cotton hoist. Tan threads. Machine stitching; flat-felled seams. The inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Div 2nd Brg 14th Army Corps R...Toy ...[illegible] Phila."
