Wool bunting square flag with gold/yellow fringe on all sides except for the hoist. Blue field with machine sewn red union insert. The union is charged with a painted gold eagle. White canvas hoist. Blue and cream threads. Machine stitching; flat-felled seams. The inscription on the hoist reads "14th Army Corps Head Quarters Dept. of / Cumberland."
