Description:

Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Red field with blue union in the top corner of the hoist. Union has three white stripes; two of the stripes cross to form a saltire and the third stripe, or pale, vertically bisects the saltire. Two white stars, arranged vertically, beneath the union. The white hoist has an inscription that reads "3rd Div'n 2nd Brg 4th Army Corps Dept. of Cumberland."
