Wool bunting tapered swallowtail flag. Red field with white number "4" in center of flag. Two blue diagonal stripes, or bends, run from the hoist to the end of each tail, crossing where the swallowtail forks. The white heading has an inscription that reads "Ch'f Q. M. 4th Army Corps."
