Wool bunting pennant flag. Red field with a white shield in the center of the flag. Inside the shield is a blue anchor surmounted by a red cannon. The anchor and cannon are diagonally crossed. White hoist with an inscription reading "[illegible] Brg Div 9th Army Corps."
