- Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with red corners. Each corner forms a red pie-shaped triangle; the edges of the triangles facing the center of the flag are convex. In the center of the flag is a white shield. Painted on the shield are a blue anchor surmounted by a red cannon. White cotton hoist with an inscription reading "4th Brg. 2nd Div. 9th Army Corps." Machine stitching.
