Rectangular wool bunting flag. Blue field with yellow fringe on all edges except the hoist. In the center of the flag is a white cotton arrow applique; the arrow is horizontal and points toward the fly. White cotton canvas hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "2nd Div 17 Army Corps." Machine stitching.
