- Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Blue field with a white cross bottony in the center of the flag. A red number "20" is painted in the center of the cross. White cotton canvas hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "Head Quarters 20 Army Corps Dept. of Cumberland." The flag is machine-stitched with white cotton thread.
