Description
Rectangular wool bunting flag. Blue field with yellow fringe around all sides except for the hoist. In the center of the flag is a shield divided into three parts. The upper hoist portion is red, the upper fly portion is white, and the lower portion is blue; the shield and the three parts are outlined in yellow. White hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "Headquarters 23rd Army Corps."
