Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Blue field with white square applique hand-stitched in the center. There is a red cotton number "25" stitched on the white square. Corner reinforcements at the hoist are machine-stitched. White cotton hoist is machine-stitched and has a brass grommet at either end. The inscription on the hoist reads "25TH ARMY CORPS HEAD QUARTERS."
