Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with a blue border on the hoist edge. Red circle in the center of the flag. White cotton hoist with no grommets. Hoist is machine-stitched; flag seams are machine-stitched and flat-felled, done with black (or dark blue?), undyed, and red thread. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Brg 1st Div'n 1st Army Corps".
