Bon & Co. Mercury Barometer

This mercury barometer is held in a rectangular mahogany case, with a brass plate at the top that reads “JN BON & CO DUNDEE.” The cistern is of boxwood with a leather bottom; the plunger that would have been used to adjust the volume has been lost; and the whole is enclosed in a brass box.
