1996-97 Muslim Community Center Directory

Description
In 1976, a handful of diverse Muslim families from around the world created the Muslim Community Center in Silver Spring, Maryland as a center for education and service to humanity. By 2015, the center was operating a weekend school, a medical clinic that serves the entire community regardless of faith, a vibrant interfaith network, and a food pantry that provides sustenance to any resident of Montgomery County facing hunger. This 1996-97 Directory for the Muslim Community Center contained members’ contact information as well as local advertisements, a business index, and a list of other local resources and fellow Islamic organizations.
