Description:

Tapered oval cream pitcher engraved with a large shaded foliate script "G"; flat bottom, no base. Incurved neck flares to a curved rim with applied beading and wide pouring lip. High-loop, tapered C-curve strap handle extends from rim to base with lower portion rising to a sprig. Bottom underside is struck four times "I•M" in incuse roman letters arranged in a square. No centerpunch. Part of a six-piece coffee and tea service, DL*037807-DL*037812.
