Raised circular urn-shape pitcher on a flared or trumpet-shaped pedestal atop a flat square base with applied sides. Front of body is engraved "RM" in conjoined foliate script. Applied beading at deeply curved rim with pouring lip and bottom of pedestal. High-loop, C-curve, tapered strap handle. Underside of flat base is struck in one corner "BAYLEY" in raised roman letters a stepped rectangle. Centerpunch visible.
