Cast, shield-shaped trivet with heart-tipped, double-loop handle and symmetrical lyre and pineapple design; three triangular legs. Closed-toe railing along two sides. Underside of one long side struck incuse "S.B.S.", "S.SALISBURY.", and "PROV. R.I.", all in roman letters.
