Songbird Christmas Ornament

Description
Molded glass holiday or Christmas ornament, silvered ground, painted. In the shape of a songbird. Gray body with yellow-gold molded wings and red beak and top of head. Missing feet, coil legs and a metal clip. Missing a spun glass (angel hair) tail, remnants of which can be seen inside the body. No marks. These molds were used in production prior to 1940, and then reused after that date, making it difficult to date exactly.
