Closed-top grocer's scoop with closed socket handle on an angled, conical base. Cylindrical body is made in two pieces, a plain-edged bottom half and rolled-edge top half, joined by folded seams; slightly rounded top has folded edge. Soft-soldered handle and base have lapped seams; handle end is folded over a flat cap. No marks.
