Thumb Scoop

Description
Shallow, plain-edged, ovoid scoop with looped, flat strap handle. Handle has a circular, depressed thumb rest and is secured at top back with two rivets through its overlapped ends. No marks.
Thumb scoops such as this occasionally survive with buttons mounted to the thumb rest advertising different brands of flour.
