Herb Steeper

Shallow bowl with a rounded bottom, stepped sides, and a flared, wire-rolled rim pierced with a hole through which a D-ring is attached that also had a small scoop with spade-shaped bowl and extended tab handle. Japanning on exterior and rim interior. No marks.
