Don Juan

Description (Brief):

Colored print of two men and woman (Don Juan, Lambro, and Haidee) in a room. Lambro is pulling a pistol from his belt. Haidee, on the floor between them, holds back Don Juan, who is ready to run Lambro through with a sword. Room is ornately furnished with table with oil lamp, heavy draperies, patterned carpet, and bed (?). Four verses from Byron's "Don Juan" appear as legend beneath the print.
