Balance

Description
A beam at front is divided into 100 equal parts, and carries a movable weight. Two duck’s heads meet, bill to bill at the center, to indicate balance. The frame is cast iron, painted gold. The pans, 9 inches diameter, are marked in the middle “H. Troemner / Maker / Philadelphia.”
