Bronze Badge of the Grand Army of the Republic

Description
Grand Army of the Republic Veteran's Badge, Colonel rank, worn by General William Tecumseh Sherman while a member of the veterans' organization after the Civil War. The bronze badge is detached from its accompanying light blue ribbon, miniature Colonel shoulder strap, and eagle and crossed cannon insignia.
