My friend and I went to a Civil War Enactment at Soldier Hollow, near Midway, UT - a Civil War Tea Party with ladies dressed in their lacy-bedecked gowns, serving dainty sandwiches, fruit, biscuits, cookies... Of course, tea, each lady had to bring her own tea cup because the social rules said, "The hostess needed to make her guests comfortabe.." She didn't want to be embarassed if she didn't have enough cups. Musicians played songs of the era on a fiddle and a dulcimer, "Lorena, it has been so long, since I have been home,,,," It was wonderful!
