“Blue Bell”

Description (Brief):

This sheet music is for the song “Blue Bell” that was written and composed by Madden and Morse and published by F.B Haviland in New York City in 1904.The cover features an illustration of a soldier saying farewell to a young lady, and a circular inset photograph of Marian Littlefield in the lower left. Littlefield would have been a vaudeville actress who featured the song in her performance, and was then pictured on the cover to help sell the sheet music.
