“Home Sweet Home Sounds Good to Me” Sheet Music

Description (Brief)
This sheet music is for the song “Home Sweet Home Sounds Good to Me.” Andrew B. Sterling wrote the lyrics to the song and Harry Von Tilzer composed the music. The Harry Von Tilzer Music Publishing Company of New York City published this sheet music in 1906. The cover has a blue, black, and red background featuring images of flowers, and an illustrated inset caricature of a black man sitting on a steamer trunk by a railroad line. Gene Buck signed the illustration on the lower left of the cover. There is a small inset photograph of Harry Von Tilzer, and another inset photograph of an unknown performer on the bottom right of the cover.
