Description (Brief)
This sheet music is for the song “Lonely Heart” that was written and composed by Ireene Wicker in 1936. The song was featured in the popular serialized radio program “Today’s Children” that was written by Irna Phillips and chronicled the lives of the fictional Moran family. The cover has a central photograph of the Moran wedding party, and an inset photograph of Mother Moran. Pillsbury Flour Mills Company sponsored this sheet music as well as the radio show.
