Controller Calculating Machine Components

Description
These objects were collected by Brooklyn high school teacher and historian of mathematics L. Leland Locke. The three small hollow pieces each have a steel plate with curved sides at the top that is attached to a brass piece that carries a gear. Pieces like this are found on the shaft of 1983.3003.18. Also compare to 311943.
