Graphometer

Description
This graphometer belonged to Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Md., and was probably made in France. It has telescopic rather than open sights. Its semicircle is graduated to degrees, numbered clockwise and counterclockwise, and read by a diagonal scale on one end of the alidade to 10 minutes.
