Meneely & Oothout Wye Level

Description
This level bears the inscription, “Meneely & Oothout, West Troy, N.Y.” It dates from the period 1836-1838 when Meneely & Oothout were in business together, making church bells and town clocks as well as "all kinds" of engineering and surveying instruments.
