Balance

Description
This balance was made by a German tool and die maker for the Triner Scale & Manufacturing Company, in 1910. It was used to test master weights, many of which were made for the U.S. Post Office. The beam is 32 inches long; the pillar is 24 inches high; the pans are 10.5 inches diameter.
