Handheld Duplex Cream Whipper

Handheld "Duplex Cream Whipper", metal and wood. Large crankwheel mounted on upper framework, set vertically above a smaller cog wheel which enables the mixing motion when cranked by the crank grip, an attached knob-shaped green painted wood handle. Two flat mixing components, sheet metal, pierced throughout with circular holes, which rotate in opposing direction. Knob-shaped green painted wooden handle at top. Outer side of crank wheel is marked:"DUPLEX CREAM WHIPPER/ALSO BEATS EGGS/PATENT 1,322,874/PATENT 1,726,977 MFD BY/V.V.VALE CORP OAK PARK ILL/MADE IN USA".

Patent Number US 1726977 A, Eugene C. Brull, September 3, 1929, Oak Park, Illinois, for "Whipping device". It is noted that this patent "is an improvement upon the construction disclosed in my prior Patent No. 1,322,874 of November 25, 1919."
