Serving up a flight of beer history in America
Saturday, October 28 • 6:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
Toast to the end of another great Smithsonian Food History Weekend while you explore the history of American brewing through stories of people, migration, and movement. How did individuals, techniques, and ingredients arrive and move around the country? How does this history of beer and migration help create today’s resurgence in brewing culture? Learn from leading brewers and historians and sample world-class beer while diving deeply into America’s robust brewing history. Cheers to history!
This event is part of the Museum’s American Brewing History Initiative.
