Continue the Roundtables conversations or have your own food history festivities over dinner! A range of restaurants in the greater D.C. metro region will feature a special dish on their menus on Friday evening inspired by American food history and the legacy of Julia Child. Proceeds from this dish will support future Smithsonian Food History programs.
Please contact restaurants directly for reservations and information.
Participating restaurants will be added on a rolling basis until October 2018.
