Measurements: Overall: 44.8425 x 7.0866 in.; 1139 x 180 mm
A 12-gauge double-barreled shotgun of the type used by hunters for shooting fowl during the period 1890-1900. The locks are signed "T. Parker, Belgium". This sort of inexpensive firearm was available at large retail stores like Sears or Montgomery Ward and was purchased by hunters unable to afford the more expensive guns of that period. Such guns could be obtained for about a tenth of the cost of other American guns like those made by Parkers, Fox and others. (AM*778890M)
