The Truman state china was banded in celadon green to match the walls of the state dining room. The service was designed and manufactured by Lenox.

Mamie Eisenhower ordered service plates from Castleton China for use with the Truman state china service.

This gold-plated flatware made by S. Kirk & Son was used by the Eisenhowers. Frances Cleveland selected the pattern in the 1890s.
