Object 10 [of 66] – Norwegian Steamer When the Childs lived in Oslo, Norway (1959-60), Julia continued collecting kitchen tools and equipment, as she had during Paul's previous postings in Paris, Marseilles, and Bonn. This two-part steamer, with a perforated liner that fits on top of a solid bottom, is one of the heavy duty items she brought back from Oslo and continued to use. She stored it on the bottom shelf of the Garland Range.
