Object 38 [of 66] – Paris sauce pan Julia bought this enamel sauce pan in Paris, when she was attending the Cordon Bleu cooking school in the late 1940s. She was still using this pan in the 1990s for, among other things, making a sauce of white wine and butter for fish. It hung on pegboard to the left of the Garland Range.
