Used by donor when he was a Pullman Porter. Two types of natural bristle attached to elliptical wood handle. The word "PULLMAN" is stamped into top of the brush.

At a passenger's request, a Pullman porter would "dust off" a sleeping-car passenger's clothing. The two types of bristles on a Pullman Co. clothes brush (soft and harder) accommodated different fabrics without damage to the fabric.
