Ted Craver is Chairman, President and CEO of Edison International, the parent company of Southern California Edison, one of the nation's largest electric utilities, and subsidiaries that are competitive businesses engaged in generation, delivery or use of electricity. Prior to assuming these positions in 2008, Mr. Craver was Chairman, President and CEO of Edison Mission Group. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President of Edison International, where he was CFO and treasurer from 2000 to 2004. Before joining Edison, he served as CFO of First Interstate Bank, Ltd. and as Executive Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of First Interstate Bancorp. Prior to that, he worked for the Bankers Trust Company of New York and the Security Pacific National Bank. Mr. Craver is on the Board and serves as Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute, and is on the Board of the Electric Power Research Institute. He is a member of the Business Roundtable and serves on the Board of Directors of Health Net, Inc. Mr. Craver is also on the Board of Trustees of the Autry National Center and the California Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy.  He resides in Pacific Palisades, CA.
