Role in Museum: 

Katie is the Senior Programs Manager in the Office of Audience Engagement. She brings her seven+ years of experience producing educational programs at the National Museum of American History. She is the producer of the Food History Weekend and the American History (After Hours) programs, Smithsonian Jazz Concerts, and the America Now! events. As a program producer, she coordinates and executes a multitude of programs designed to explore American History and inspire curiosity through engaging and exciting formats.  

Previously, Katie was a member of the Daily Programs team at the museum, creating hands on educational activities for daily visitors to the museum.
