Francine LeFrak

Ms. LeFrak is a philanthropist and social issue film producer.  She is the President of LeFrak Access, a Marketing and Consulting Company.  Ms. LeFrak was Producer of the HBO Docudrama “Shot Through The Heart, 1998 (Peabody Award); of the HBO film “In Hitler's Shadow,” 1995; Co-Producer: “Mi Vida Loca,” 1994; Co-Producer: “Miss Rose White,” 1992 (4 Emmy awards, 10 Emmy nominations, The Humanitas prize); Producer: “Blood Brothers: The Joey Dipaolo Story,” 1992 (Cable ACE award); and Producer: “Prison Stories: Women on the Inside,” 1990 (Ciné Golden Eagle award). In recognition of the extraordinary impact of her work on the human condition, Manhattanville College bestowed upon her an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters. She serves on the Boards of the Christopher Reeve Foundation, The Guggenheim Museum’s Patrons Circle, The American Friends of Versailles Foundation, Harvard Women’s Leadership Board and the Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World.  Ms. LeFrak resides in New York City.
