Mr. Mellor is the Chairman of USEC. He is the former Chairman and CEO of General Dynamics. Mr. Mellor ’s career, spanning more than 40 years, has been focused in the defense industries, and, as an engineer, he holds three patents relating to digital computing technology. He serves or has served on the Boards of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporations, Pinkerton, Inc., The Scripps Research Institute and IDT Corporation. Mr. Mellor resides in Laguna Beach, CA.
